The 10th International Film Festival is all set to kick off tomorrow in Thiruvananthapuram. The festival will go on till May 13th. It is being organized by Film Lovers Cultural Association, National Film Archive of India, Chalachitra Academy, State department of Culture and the Federation of Film Societies. It is expected to be inaugurated by Adoor Gopalakrishnan. The inaugural film will be Phir Kabhi by VK Prakash.
