Mohanlal and Innocent asked to appear before the Labour Commission
The Human Rights Commission has decided to ask Megastar Mohanlal and AMMA President Innocent to appear before the Labour Commission in connection with the Thilakan issue. This is in association with a complaint filed by Sreekumar Nooranadu, a native of Alleppey, regarding the ban that has allegedly been imposed on actor Thilakan in Malayalam films. The Labour Commission has therefore asked Mohanlal and Innocent to appear before it at ten thirty in the morning, on the 24th of May. Thilakan had been expelled from AMMA after a major controversy that had raged on for about a month. The actor claims that there is a ban in the industry that has denied him job opportunities
