Jayasurya as RJ in \"Payyans

Jayasurya has essayed the role of a Radio Jockey in �Payyans, the movie by Leo Thadaevoo. The actor said that no additional or special preparation was needed for this role because he was a TV anchor for a local channel before getting into films. Anjali, the film�s heroine, is also a RJ in the film. The film�s story revolves around a mother and son. Talk show fame Rohini plays the role of the mother in the film and Lal essays the role of Jayasurya�s father. The auspicious pre-release pooja was done last week in Kochi, with Oscar winner Resul Pookuty lighting the lamp.
