Vijay in \"3Idiots\" remake

It has almost been confirmed that Ilayathalapathy Vijay will be one of the idiot in the remake of 3 Idiots.He likely to play the role of Rancho which was played by Aamir Khan in the original version. Vijay has always expressed his desire to feature in the remake and he might well feature in the film without any changes. There are no mass elements added totthe original version and the actor himself expressed he did not want to change anything from the original script. Noted cameraman Ratnavelu has been approached to handle the camera for the film, which is likely to have music by Vijay Antony. The hunt in on for the heroine and it seems Sathyaraj has agreed to do therole of the proffessor and Actor Jeeva is all set to play the role of Raju, played by Sharman Joshi. However noone has been fixed to play Madhavans role. Official announcement is expected soon from the production house and we can see Vijay doing a different character after a long time
