Even as rumours are abuzz in the industry that Anwar Rasheed and T A Shahid are planning a sequel to their blockbuster film Rajamanickyam titled Ministar Manickyam, the director has clearly stated that the rumours are far from true. Anwar said that neither he nor Shahid was aware of such a development, and that they have never had discussions regrading the same. He also said that he was not interested in a sequel to the film either.
