Mammoottys Best Actor, originally scheduled for a release on Ramzan (September 10), has been reported earlier it shifted to October15. But now again the films date is changed. Now this megastar flick is fixed as 2010 Christmas release.
But, another Mammootty film, Pranchiyettan and The Saint, will get released during Ramzan. And also Shaji.N.Karuns Kuttysranku is also on release pipeline. Mammootty-Arjun starring Vandematharam is now fixed as Megastars next release, on July itself.
Photographer-turned director Martin Prakkat is the director of Best Actor. Kannada actress Shruthi Ramakrishnan plays Savitri, the wife of school teacher Mohan (Mammootty). The greatest ambition of Mohan is to become a popular film star. Salim Kumar, Vinayagan, Lal, Nedumudi Venu and Suraj Venjaranmoodu form the other important members of the cast. Ajayan Vincent is the cameraman, while Bijibal is music composer. The film is being produced by Mammootty�s close friends Anto Joseph and Naushad, under the banner Big Screen.
