Jai Hind Film Awards 2010 announced

The winners of the Jai Hind Film Awards for the year 2010 have been announced. �Pazhassi Raja has won the award for the best film and Mammootty has won the award for the best actor. Mohanlal gets The Jai Hind Chalachitra Ratna Award and Jai Hind Patriotic Pride Award goes to Sarath Kumar.

Second Best Actor - Manoj K Jayan (Pazhassi Raja)

Second Best Actress- Samvritha Sunil

Chalachithra Ratnam Award - Mohanlal

Chalachithra Prathiba Award - Sreenivasan

Special Jury Award - Kalabavan Mani

Youth Icon- Prithviraj

Best Emerging Actor- Kailash (Neelathamara)

Best Emerging Actress - Archana Kavi (Neelathamara)

Popular Actor - Dileep

Patriotic Pride Award - Sarath Kumar (Pazhassi Raja)

Best Male Singer - V. Sreekumar (Song: Anuraga... [Neelathamara])

The awards will be presented in Thrissur on August 3. Prominent film personalities hailing from Thrissur like Yusufali Kecheri, Sathyan Anthikkad, Innocent, Kamal, KPAC Lalitha, P.T. Kunhumohammed, T.G. Ravi, Vidyadharan and V.K. Sreeraman will be honoured at the function.
